Pick teams. Track records. Follow your favorite Baby Sharks. Here's how to get started, step by step.
Create an account with a username, your email address and a password, then click the confirmation link we email you and log in. Did a friend get you here? Enter their Shark’s search code under Account Settings → Referral to give them the credit.
A Shark is a pick-making profile with its own public record. Start with one for yourself: give it a name, an optional bio and a type — a Great White if you’re the one who actually watches football, a Mola Mola for the adult who got dragged along, a Baby Shark for a kid, or a Pet Shark for the family pet. Add a photo from your Shark’s Manage page, and add Sharks for the rest of the family anytime from Manage My Sharks.
Open your Shark’s Make Picks tab and tap through the week’s games. Each matchup shows one big logo per team, so just tap the side you think covers the spread (before a line is posted, tap who you like). Prev and Next move you from game to game, and kickoff times show in your own time zone. Spreads freeze midweek, and the countdown on the Reef shows exactly when.
Picks lock 1 minute before each game kicks off, and a locked pick is part of your permanent record. Want to keep people guessing? Turn on Hide My Picks from your Shark’s Manage page, and nobody else sees your team until the game locks. Pick reminder emails help you not miss a week, and you can turn them off in Account Settings.
Go to Following in the menu and tap Find Sharks to Follow to look people up by name or search code. Their picks show up on the Reef’s Social view alongside your own, and the Game view breaks down how Sharks picked each game.
A Shiver is a private group for playing against friends — only its members can see inside. Create one, invite Sharks by name or search code (they accept from their notifications), and start a game: Best Record for straight standings, Jawsvivor where teams get knocked off the board as you go, Classic Survivor where one wrong pick and you’re out, Team Fantasy where 8 Sharks draft all 32 NFL teams, or Futures Pick 'Em for calling the division winners and the Super Bowl before the season starts.
As games finish, every Shark’s wins, losses and pushes update on their own — no scoring by hand. Graded picks turn green for a win, red for a loss and gold for a push.
The Record board ranks every Shark by its record against the spread, and the Badges board ranks them by badges earned. Filter by Shark type, or narrow the Record board to a single week. Standings start fresh every season.
Sharks earn badges just by playing: team-by-team performance, pick styles like favorites vs. underdogs, weekly and career milestones, Shiver wins, and end-of-season awards at the very top and bottom of the standings. Show off your best 3 on your Shark’s card, and see everything it’s earned on its Badges tab.
